Mountain Cabin

This photo was uploaded during a demonstration for our Computer Booters club in Sun Lakes, AZ. I located the image on my computer using Picasa, and then used the Picasa link to Blogger to upload this to my personal blog. It takes no time at all, and shows how advanced Google is becoming with the interlinking of their software.

The photo shown here is of a modular home, located at approximately 8,000 feet altitude in the Colorado Rockies, just South of Leadville, Colorado. The mountain in the background is approximately 14,000 feet altitude and a part of the Continental Divide. Great country for a view, and some good trout fishing also.

Sun Lakes

Sun Lakes is a retirement community, located within the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. It is a lovely place to live, and has many activities for everyone.

The community offers swimming at one of its many outdoor pools.

Golfing is one of the most popular wintertime activities in our community.

Great place to live, and an even more fun place to visit.

These photos were uploaded using Picasa and it's Blogger link. This was my first upload using Picasa, and I opted for the 1600 pixel default upload "speed". Unfortunately, the base picture files were in RAW (which Picasa handled easily), and the photos uploaded as very large JPG files. Although the thumbnail images in the blog look small, you will see how truly large the pictures are if you click on any of the thumbnails. Don't forget -- I warned you.
